2002 BMW Bi-Xenon HID Headlights update

Our 2002 BMW Bi-Xenon HID Headlights are sold out! Our first order with our manufacturers was a 10 unit order and they sold out quickly. We’re awaiting our next shipment. Get on our kit list to reserve your pair.

You’re going to love these on your 2002. Our bright white HID Bi-Xenon headlights with 140mm COB Halo rings are awesome! They add that cool late model look to your 02 and these HIDs really cut through the dark of night for safer driving.

And, for those of you that haven’t upgraded your alternator, (our HIDs use less power). What’s not to like?

2002 BMW Bi-Xenon HID Headlight Conversion KitThe wiring for our 2002 BMW Bi-Xenon HID Headlights is very straightforward using our HID controller wiring kit, (wiring diagram included). Make a few connections, mount a few parts and you’re done! The 140mm COB Halo rings are wired by your choice. You can hook them up to a DRL (daytime running light) controller that does some slick on/off functions, or wire them to your parking lights. Either way, they are super bright white and look freakin’ awesome!

Below is a pic of just the 140mm DRL COB Halo ring lit. Not the HID Projector. Sweet huh?

BMW 2002 Rear Disc Brake Conversion

My 1974 2002 BMW has been sitting in my garage since 2005 undergoing many changes, while I’ve been driving a late model Tahoe. Yeah, I know, it’s a shame. Especially when considering it’s the only one like it in my state, Arkansas. That’s okay, she’ll be out again soon, turning heads everywhere she goes.

My wide-body conversion is one of my favorite mods, that includes 15″ BBS-RS wheels and Sumitomo 50 series tires. Here she is parked in the garage waiting for the last few things to be completed before the trip to the body shop for final body touch ups and paint.

As you can see, I’m not a 2002 purist. This is a Resto-Mod project.

Thinking lately about all of the last steps needed to complete my project, I decided the last mechanical upgrade should be the rear disc brake conversion. I’ve already done the 320i front disc brake conversion using the vented discs and Girling calipers.

While researching all of the parts required for the rear disc brake conversion, I’ve been reading and considering:

  • At what cost
  • What’s available
  • Quality of products
  • Degree of difficulty
  • Future parts availability

After my research I’ve decided to put together my own kit that I will use in my car and make it available for sale to everyone interested in a BMW 2002 Rear Disc Brake Conversion.
